Andrew “Drew” W. Salomon – Founding Partner
Andrew W. Salomon, known as Drew to clients and colleagues, is a founding partner of Salomon & Baez Law, P.C., a Black and Hispanic-owned law firm with offices in Manhattan, New York City and Parsippany, New Jersey. Drew leads the firm’s Personal Injury department, where he focuses on representing injured victims in car accidents, truck accidents, construction accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, and defective product lawsuits throughout New York and New Jersey.
Before launching Salomon & Baez Law, Drew worked as a litigation attorney at one of New York’s premier Tier 1-rated plaintiff personal injury law firms, where he handled high-stakes injury and malpractice cases on behalf of catastrophically injured clients. His experience includes representing victims of negligence, medical errors, and unsafe products, resulting in life-altering injuries.
Drew began his legal career on the defense side, working at a respected medical malpractice defense firm on Long Island, New York, where he assisted trial attorneys in complex litigation. This experience gave him unique insight into how insurance companies and defense lawyers evaluate claims — an edge he now uses to fight for full and fair compensation for his clients.
Drew earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York, and his Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University – Post Campus in Brookville, New York. As a first-generation attorney raised in Queens Village, New York, Drew brings a powerful blend of inner-city resilience, cultural awareness, and courtroom skill to every case.
A proud son of a Haitian immigrant father and a Brooklyn-born mother who served as a supervising paralegal for over 30 years, Drew was immersed in the legal world from a young age. His parents’ work ethic and determination inspired him to become the first in his family to attend law school — defying the odds to pursue justice for those who need it most.
Drew is currently licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and proudly serves clients across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Newark, Jersey City, and beyond.
Noemi B. Salomon, Esq.
Noemi Baez Salomon – Founding Partner
Noemi Baez Salomon is a founding partner of Salomon & Baez Law, P.C., a Hispanic and Black-owned civil litigation firm with offices in Manhattan, New York City and Parsippany, New Jersey. Noemi leads the firm’s Employment Law department, where she advocates for victims of workplace discrimination, including racial discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation throughout New York and New Jersey.
Before co-founding Salomon & Baez Law, Noemi served as a complex litigation attorney in the New York City office of the largest minority and women-owned law firm in the United States. There, she represented major corporate clients and insurance companies in cases involving general liability, premises liability, negligent security, motor vehicle accidents, construction litigation, and employment law defense. Her unique background on both the defense and plaintiff sides gives her a comprehensive understanding of how to build and win employment law cases.
As a proud Dominican woman born and raised in New York City, Noemi is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession. With Latinxs making up only 4% of attorneys in the U.S.—and Latina women less than 2%—Noemi is honored to be part of that small but growing number, paving the way for greater representation.
Throughout her legal career, Noemi has collaborated with nationally recognized civil rights attorneys on high-profile workplace discrimination cases, continuing her mission to ensure people of color are treated fairly in the workplace and beyond.
Noemi earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York, where she received awards for Best Oral Advocate, Exemplary Contributions to the Law Center, and Service to the Bar. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
From 2022 to 2025, Noemi was honored on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for her outstanding contributions to Employment Law in New York — an achievement that reflects her unwavering dedication to justice, especially for underrepresented communities.
Above all, Noemi takes pride in her roots. As the daughter of two hardworking immigrants from the Dominican Republic, she credits her success to their example of perseverance and sacrifice. Today, she continues to honor their legacy by fighting for everyday people who deserve to be heard, protected, and empowered.
Noemi Baez Salomon is fluent in English and Spanish and is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey, proudly serving clients in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Newark, and throughout both states.
